Balloon Tubing as an Integrated Process
ExtruMed’s fully integrated facility can control the critical parameters for balloon performance including extrusion. These parameters are important for the balloon tubing extrusion process.

ExtruMed controls each step in manufacturing high-yield balloon tubing. The first step is to EXTRUDE high-quality and high concentric tubing that meet specific dimensional and cosmetic requirements. During the extrusion process, ExtruMed will TEST the tubing to ensure that required mechanical properties are met. After the extrusion, ExtruMed’s highly trained inspectors will INSPECT the tubing for cosmetic and dimensional failures.
