4. What ID and OD sizes
are available for tubing?
We can produce tubing to meet any standard ID, OD and wall thickness requirements our customers may have. We manufacture tubing with OD ranging from 0.005" (~0.13 mm) to 0.450" (11.4 mm). We also produce thin walled polyolefin heat shrink tubing with wall thickness as thin as 0.00025" (0.063 mm).

use state of the art computer controlled extruders and downstream
equipment including gear pumps, vacuum sizers, laser micrometers,
taper pullers, cutters and winders.

To ensure the production of high quality tubing, we employ state of the art computer controlled extrusion and inspection equipment, high performance dies, and a team of dedicated, quality conscious extrusion professionals. ExtruMed maintains an extensive database to track extrusion job orders, process parameters, certificates of compliance, inventory of finished goods and raw materials inventory as well as billing and shipping information.
